If your order has a defect, such as the wrong design or color compared to the online image, you can accept a return. To start this process, please send us close-up photos of the products within 7 business days of receiving the product. Clearly state the specific issues you are experiencing (e.g. wrong design, defective product, etc.). You must contact us within these 7 days with the necessary photos to qualify for a 14-day return. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
